Proxy Nodes

Proxy nodes reveal connections between wallets that aren’t visible on the default map.

Instead of only showing direct transfers between holders, proxy nodes expand the map to include additional activity, such as intermediary wallets, shared funding sources, or coordinated behavior.

With proxy nodes enabled, additional connections appear between wallets through intermediary activity, revealing relationships that aren’t visible by default.

How it works

By default, Atlas shows connections between wallets that have directly interacted. However, many relationships happen indirectly and aren’t immediately visible on the map.

For example, multiple wallets may be funded from the same source, interact through intermediary wallets, or follow similar transaction paths. These types of relationships don’t always appear as direct links, even though they are closely connected.

Proxy nodes surface these hidden relationships by expanding the map beyond visible transfers, helping you uncover connections that would otherwise be easy to miss.
